This 6 week beginners course is be suitable for all, both men and women who are interested and curious to learn about yoga. In this course we will learn asanas (postures) and breathing techniques (pranayama). This course will improve your flexibility, make your body strong and quieten your mind.
This course is also open to people who have a little experience in yoga and wish to get back into practicing yoga again.

Yoga for Module II (ongoing students)
Commencing Wednesday 7th September 2016 at 8pm until 9pm.
For returning yoga students, I will be recommencing our yoga course in September. For those of you who have already come to my Viniyoga classes last term, you are welcome again to study and learn more about symmetrical and asymmetrical postures and we will also be learning about Pranayama (breathing practices of yoga) and actively setting time aside in our class to practice.
